The Game Arrested for Assaulting Officer

The rap artist named The Game was taken into police custody for assaulting an off-duty officer. Most rappers tend to find themselves in trouble with the law since it comes with the territory.

Rapper The Game was arrested after he supposedly bopped another player on the nose during a basketball game. And the person happened to be an off-duty police officer. The incident took place at the Hollywood High School Gym.

LA police Officer Mike Lopez told AceShowbiz, “The Game entered the department’s Hollywood Division on Monday afternoon at around 12:00 P.M. However, the jail time was considerably very short as he was released an hour later at 1:06 P.M. after posting $50,000 bail.” 

After a 50 grand bail he was set free though. It was found that The Game had handed himself over to the law enforcement authorities on his own account. He had in other words not resisted arrest. 

It is strange that he would voluntarily have handcuffs placed on his hands. But it looks like The Game is turning over a new leaf. 

He feels guilty for the outrageous act he perpetrated against the off-duty police officer and so he knew what was the right thing to do. 

While relaxing in a sauna he sent a tweet to the effect that he would be going to jail soon. But how was he to know that he would be a free man an hour later. When asked what he would do after his release he said he would have lots of fun.
